Sous Chef - Premium British Pub | Windsor. Salary: Up to £45,000
We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a high-end, food-led pub in Windsor, part of a respected and growing independent group.
The kitchen focuses on seasonal British cuisine, combining accessible classics with more refined dishes for adventurous diners. The menu follows a strong nose-to-tail ethos, with everything prepared in-house, including weekly butchery of whole rare-breed carcasses sourced directly from some of the UK's best farmers.
The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the brigade, maintain exceptional food standards and support the development of the junior team.
