* Can manage key school administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise a varied workload.
* Communicates clearly with staff, parents, contractors and the Trust team.
* Can handle finance processes such as invoices, payments and basic reconciliations.
* Is confident managing HR admin, staff records and required census returns.
* Pays attention to detail in safeguarding, data protection and health & safety compliance.
* Can support site operations, lettings and contractor liaison when needed.
* Is flexible, reliable and committed to supporting the smooth running of the school.
