Are you an experienced charity leader ready to drive strategy, sustainability and frontline impact for an organisation supporting vulnerable young people experiencing social/emotional/domestic difficulties in school?
Mentor Link is a Stourport‑based charity supporting vulnerable young people experiencing social/emotional or domestic difficulties in schools across the West Midlands. The CEO role is full‑time, full organisational responsibility, based in Stourport on Severn Worcestershire, with an annual salary of circa £60 k and permanent employment after a 3‑month probation period.
About the Role
This is a pivotal senior leadership role with full strategic and operational accountability, responsible for strengthening financial resilience, governance, partnerships, and service impact while delivering high‑quality mentoring support.
