Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to support the leasing of units, including marketing, engagement activities, applicant verification, and conducting viewings with potential applicants.
This is a site-based role at No1 Ancoats Green, Manchester, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will join the Place by Pinnacle team in Manchester. The Place by Pinnacle brand provides integrated market rental lettings and management services across single-family and multi-family properties.

Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate their own diary by booking appointments with applicants and conducting viewings, either in person or virtually.
* Manage resident engagement activities in line with the resident engagement plan to foster community and positive resident involvement.
* Handle offers from viewings and liaise with tenants to ensure all relevant information is communicated accurately and efficiently.
* Work proactively with the lettings administration team to progress applications through references and agreement signing, ensuring prompt void turnaround.
* Collaborate with the site property manager to promote a positive resident journey and engagement activities within the resident engagement plan.
Key requirements:
* Relevant experience in lettings and built-to-rent schemes
* Negotiation experience
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent organizational skills
