Salford - Office-based with some remote working options available Salary:
£50,000 - £57,500 + £5.9k annual car allowance + private healthcare + additional benefits Your Responsibilities
As our Principal Design Engineer, you will lead a talented team of designers in executing high-value drainage schemes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Upholding the highest standards of quality and project controls set by the team and the wider business. Implementing the latest design standards and applying lessons learned to enhance project outcomes. Collaborating with statutory and non-statutory bodies to obtain necessary data, licenses, and consents. Driving technical excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Monitoring project delivery and managing change control effectively. What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you possess: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or a comparable combination of qualifications and experience. Proven expertise in a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading teams to deliver projects. A project management qualification and/or relevant experience. Rewards and Benefits
