The starting salary for this role is £14.76 per hour based on a 21 hour working week.

About The Role
Your role as Disability Leader is to lead and deliver an Alternative Education Provision for learners, providing high‑quality, person‑centred care. You ensure their safety, wellbeing, and positive development while maintaining compliance with safeguarding, regulatory, health and safety, and organisational standards. You lead a team of LSA’s to provide timely opportunities and support in planned lessons and learning activities, recording outcome evidence across the Hub. You ensure sessions are stimulating and engaging, meeting individual needs, adhering to safe practices, and assisting the Coordinator in planning to create a high‑quality learning provision.
