You will drive a data-driven, personalized Search & Visual Merchandising strategy, developing innovative features to enhance customer experience across every touchpoint. * Develop and oversee customer-centric visual merchandising strategies based on data insights.
* Manage onsite search configurations to optimize the experience across all fascias.
* Enhance personalization on site and app through search and merchandising tools.
* Innovate with new features to improve fascia performance aligned with Frasers Group goals.
* Contribute to the digital roadmap from concept to delivery.
* Promote a culture of experimentation, iterating strategies with proven results.
* Analyze A/B test outcomes, summarize learnings, and plan next steps.
* Create best practice playbooks for scalable optimization.
* Identify customer pain points and recommend improvements using data insights.
* Collaborate cross-functionally during trade events and initiatives.
* Build and maintain weekly reports on key insights and actions.
