ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Head of Pre-Construction Lead the Project Finance team, ensuring detailed review of cost plans pre-submission. Mentor the team for career growth, manage performance, and ensure project profitability. You will also cultivate strong relations with Clients, and subcontractors, and prioritise building a robust contractor list.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years’ Design and Build fit-out experience with a relevant degree or equivalent education. Proven leadership in team management and a strong numerical aptitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office, ability to interpret CAD drawings for accurate estimations. Demonstrated success in driving profits and building stakeholder relationships. Accomplished in complex presentations, adept at managing varied workloads. Solid grasp of mechanical/electrical disciplines, JCT contracts, and building regulations. Extensive knowledge of industry health and safety in a senior capacity. Skilled negotiator, exceptional financial management, and superior internal communication. Willingness to travel across the UK and hold a full driving license.
