Paralegal
Temp to perm, Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, based in LN6, Salary £23,-£27, depending on experience
Duties
1. Drafting legal documents, including Possession Notices and Legal Letters for debt recovery.
2. Coordinating details between landlords, solicitors, and bailiffs.
3. Ensuring all documentation is % accurate and managing the process to resolution, whether through tenant payment or eviction.
4. Preparing hearing bundles for solicitor advocates, Defendants, and the Court.
5. Enforcing Court orders related to recovering possession, outstanding arrears, and legal costs.
