An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valuation Assistant/Coordinator to join our busy Rural Consultancy team which provides core valuation and consultancy services in the rural, agricultural and prime residential sectors across the Southeast. With a unique and varied workload, the role requires someone proactive with an ability to multi-task and who is a team player. The valuation assistant also works within the wider admin team to ensure that full support is given to all departments within the office and our Petworth and Sevenoaks team members. As such general admin duties may be included within the role.

Team Overview
The team comprises four Directors, a Consultant Valuer, an Associate Director and two qualified surveyors, all of whom are RICS Registered Valuers. In addition, there are two members of support staff. This team is spread across the South from Sevenoaks in the East to Bristol in the West. The role is intended to replace one of the existing support team members. The surveyors are often out of the office carrying out site inspections and sometimes work remotely. This role will be office based in our Petworth office with some flexibility for the right candidate for hybrid working.
