Job Information
As the HR Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of day‑to‑day HR operations — ensuring accurate HR administration, supporting employee relations processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience across the business.
You’ll work closely with managers and the wider HR team, acting as a trusted first point of contact while maintaining high standards of compliance and data accuracy.
We're looking for someone who will:
1. Manage end‑to‑end HR administration across onboarding, internal moves, contract changes, and offboarding
2. Prepare accurate employment documentation including offer letters, contracts, and amendments
3. Maintain up‑to‑date records within the HRIS and personnel files at all times
4. Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, policies, and procedures
5. Support managers with employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
6. Attend ER meetings as the HR representative, providing accurate documentation and formal notetaking where required
7. Track probation reviews, fixed‑term renewals, and time‑bound employment conditions
8. Ensure all HR activity aligns with UK employment legislation and internal policies
9. Support internal and external audits through data preparation and reporting
10. Collect, validate, and submit monthly payroll inputs
11. Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Reward to ensure a smooth employee experience
What sets you apart:
Essential
12. Experience in HR administration or HR operations
13. Experience supporting employee relations processes
14. Working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
15. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and communication skills
16. Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
17. Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable
18. Payroll input or payroll coordination experience
