Sellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Manchester, seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level solicitor to manage a complex caseload, lead on high-value transactions, and play a key role in the development of the team and wider department. The firm has an excellent client base across a range of sectors and offers genuine progression opportunities in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
o Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
o Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations
o Property development, investment, and asset management
o Real estate finance and refinancing
* Managing complex transactions with minimal supervision
* Providing strategic advice to a varied client base, including developers, investors, and occupiers
* Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and supporting team growth
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to the department's business development and networking activities
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge and experience managing complex transactions
* Excellent communication skills and a commercial, client-focused mindset
* Confident supervising junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
* Business development experience and an interest in helping grow the department
* Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services
