About The Role
As a Turnaround Manager at HC One, you will be distinguished by your unparalleled kindness, which will influence every aspect of your work in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. You will oversee the improvement of underperforming homes in our portfolio, including those without current Home Managers. Your responsibilities will include developing a vision and values for each home, ensuring the team understands targets and regulatory compliance, and addressing specific deficits. Throughout all these tasks, resident wellbeing will remain your top priority. This role may require national travel based on business needs.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number.
* Registered Manager’s Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5.
* Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults.
* Ability to treat people with respect and kindness.
* Willingness to take real accountability and communicate considerately with residents and co‑workers.
