OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB As Group Digital Marketing Specialist for FPE Seals and Swan Seals, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across the various companies. We are looking forward to you showcasing your fantastic proficiency with marketing tools and experience in managing digital channels to drive sales, engagement, leads, and brand awareness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Group Head of Marketing & E-Commerce to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for FPE Seals and Swan Seals. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, SEO, email marketing, general collateral, and content marketing. Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns. Ensure the development of compelling and engaging digital content that aligns with our brand and resonates with target audiences. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts. Coordinate with divisional marketing teams to ensure alignment between divisional and centralised digital marketing strategies. Assist in managing digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimise campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing efforts into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns. Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings. Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Support website management and optimisation efforts to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates. Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all R&G company marketing materials and communication channels. Collaborating with divisional teams to ensure uniformity. JOB DIMENSIONS / SCOPE You will work closely with the Group Head of Marketing & E-Commerce to drive the digital marketing strategies for FPE Seals and Swan Seals. Responsible for managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and divisional marketing teams, to ensure effective digital marketing integration. Assist in managing digital advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI. Implement and manage SEO/PPC strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings. Oversee social media platforms and contribute to website management and optimisation efforts. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ​ Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing. Analytical skills to monitor and assess campaign performance. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and website platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. Experience with budget management and ROI optimization. Familiarity with content creation and web analytics. SEO / PPC knowledge. Proficiency in social media management.
