We are seeking an Electrically Biased Building Services Engineer with essential mechanical knowledge to maintain and service cutting:edge plant and systems in a prestigious development.
You will work on an alternating shift pattern:
: Week 1: 07:00 : 16:00
: Week 2: 10:00 : 19:00
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant.
: Maintain critical systems including:
: Combined Heat and Power (CHP)
: Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
: Diesel Generators
: Chillers
: Advanced Air Systems
: BMU Units
: Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
: Support smooth day:to:day operations in a high:performing, professional team environment.
