The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby are the ideal locations.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.
Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager handles all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, sales planning, implementing sales activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans.
The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision-makers, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise in the territory.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell spine products into NHS and private hospitals.
* Achieve sales results aligned with monthly and annual targets and KPIs.
* Demonstrate medical equipment within theatre and clinical environments.
* Conduct trials and evaluations to drive sales.
* Provide excellent customer service and support new customer acquisition.
* Develop and execute an effective sales business plan.
* Manage resources and materials, including consignment stock in hospitals.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers, including surgeons, theatre staff, hospital administration, and procurement.
* Organize and conduct training workshops for surgical and theatre staff.
* Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales activities and market insights.
* Establish relationships with key opinion leaders in the territory.
* Ensure all activities comply with ethics and legal standards.
* Coordinate with other company functions to meet sales objectives.
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
* Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

* Valid driving license required for field-based role.
