In this role you will work as a member of the Frictionless Delivery capability within the Technology Operations area of Internal Products and Platforms (IP&), working with stakeholders across diverse business functions and in a shared services environment. How you’ll help us make health happen Investigation and specification of business requirements and options for consideration for change initiatives aimed at improving processes and systems, reducing costs or enhancing sustainability/capability and the quantification of business benefit The methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of business functions, processes, systems, information and data to solve business issues and commonly to help define and shape activity in the discovery and pre-initiation phases of projects and programmes Analysis and prioritisation of stakeholder user experience needs and definition of required system behaviour and performance Facilitates scoping and business priority setting for changes, engaging stakeholders as required Manage project deliverables in line with defined project lifecycle policy, process and procedure, e.g. management of actions, risks and issues What you’ll bring: Proven experience in a similar role and ideally holding a qualification related to business analysis or project lifecycle, e.g. ISEB, PRINCE2 Knowledge of and accountability to have delivered Business Analysis elements within the Project Lifecycle Discovery and definition activities and subsequent creation of documentation including process and data flow, entity relationship diagrams, user-centred design Delivery of high-quality outputs to time in high pressured environments Experience of working with corporate functions within a global organisation Hold a keen interest in continuous process improvement and optimisation Proven ability to be a self-starter, with demonstrable initiative and drive and ability to work as part of a team Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies, technology directions, and strategic application to business needs Commercially focussed - able to recognise, utilise and create opportunities based on a strong grasp of financial expenditure principles Experience of working with vendors, offshore partners system integrators, and other third parties/partners Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
