1:1 Pupil Support Worker/Teaching Assistant

Salary: £20,906.25 per annum (not pro rata).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Contract: Fixed Term (12 months from start date), Term Time only.

About The Role
To work as a Pupil Support Worker, providing support to the teacher and the pupils within an assigned group. Responsibilities include supporting pupils' emotional, social, and behavioural wellbeing, assisting in developing and implementing educational programmes, supporting individual and small groups of pupils, preparing materials, and occasionally transporting pupils.
Main Tasks
* Support pupils' emotional, social, and behavioural wellbeing.
* Assist teachers with educational programmes.
* Support pupils across a broad curriculum.
* Work with individual and small groups of pupils.
* Prepare educational materials.
* Transport pupils when necessary.
Qualifications
* Ideally Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
