HSL is hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join a busy, expanding logistics team for a well-established distribution company based in Atherstone. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent long-term potential and career progression.
Shift Pattern:

Hours: 6:00 AM – finish (typically 7–8 hours per shift)
*
Rota: 4 days on / 2 days off (including weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
*
Voice-picking customer orders using LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker)
*
Working in ambient and chilled warehouse environments
*
Pallet wrapping, labelling, and preparing orders for dispatch
*
Loading and unloading goods
*
General warehouse duties including stock handling and logistics
*
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and cleanliness

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or fulfilment centre (preferred)
*
Familiarity with order picking, packing, or stock control
*
Experience working in chilled or ambient environments
*
Knowledge or certification in LLOP, FLT, or pallet trucks (advantageous but not essential)
*
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
*
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
