My client is seeking a proactive Order Management Coordinator who has experience of working in order management, supply chain logistics or customer service role. This role sits in the customer services department and requires excellent communication skills along with excellent MS Excel and analytical skills, as well as being highly confident communicating at all levels within various departments. As an Order Management Co-Ordinator, you will have a strong understanding on B2B/ B2C order flows. You will be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle across a cross retail, distribution and e-commerce, ensuring timely fulfilment and inventory optimisation. As an Order Management Co-ordinator, you will expedite the fulfilment of confirmed sales orders across B2B and B2C channels and work closely with the sales, customer services, production, logistics and purchasing department and play a key role in keeping orders flowing smoothly and customers receiving the highest level of service. Candidate Skills * Any knowledge of using CRM systems as well as a proficient level of MS Office in, particularly MS Excel. Any knowledge of using an ERP/inventory management system would be advantageous, but not essential. * Excellent team player * Highly organised * Proactive, problem-solving approach. * Able to analyse inventory and order data to make informed decisions and prioritise actions and have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
