What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across EMEA
Supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, performance, and offboarding
Coordinating HR documentation and ensuring compliance with local legislation
Assisting with ER cases, escalating where appropriate
Partnering with managers to deliver consistent, high‑quality HR support
Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
What We're Looking For
Experience in an HR role with exposure to multi‑country or EMEA support (or a strong desire to step into this)
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practice
Confident communicator who can build relationships across cultures
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
