About the Role
As an HVAC Technical Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical support to both external and internal customers. This position involves:
* Handling technical calls and emails from customers.
* Planning and assisting with customer site visits.
* Preparing detailed customer reports.
* Providing training for apprentices.
* Managing technical calls outside of regular hours, following your training.
What We Are Looking For
We seek candidates who possess:
* Previous experience with HVAC products (VRFs, chillers, split systems).
* An F-gas certificate.
* A hydrocarbon certificate (a plus).
* A Guilds or NC in Refrigeration.
* A valid UK driving license.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 360 and Outlook.
* A willingness to travel to other sites (occasionally).
