Maximise opportunities to enhance contract service agreements. Continuously improve systems and procedures to boost customer satisfaction. Coordinate daily service and repair visits for engineers. Process engineers' worksheets up to invoice approval stage. Generate and manage invoices and credits for all service functions. Ensure parts are sourced from the correct stock locations. Create quotations for repair work based on service engineers' reports. Assist with purchasing functions and booking travel for the service team. Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.Essential skills: Proven experience in a customer service or after-sales role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
