We are supporting a leading financial services organisation undergoing a core banking replacement programme and are seeking an experienced Test Manager to play a critical role in ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery. You will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end testing strategy across a complex, multi-workstream programme. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver comprehensive test strategies covering SIT, UAT, integration, regression, performance and security testing Lead and coordinate QA teams across internal and third-party providers Manage test planning, resourcing, dependencies, and execution across workstreams Own defect management processes, triage, prioritisation, and resolution Ensure full traceability and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and readiness indicators to senior stakeholders Support change, training, and go/no-go decisions during implementation Hold vendors and offshore teams accountable to agreed SLAs and KPIs Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Test Manager / QA Manager on large-scale transformation programmes Strong background in banking or regulated environments (core banking experience desirable) Hands-on leadership style with the ability to engage at both strategic and delivery levels Experience working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, Selenium, Leapwork Experience working with offshore QA teams (e.g. India) is advantageous Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical outcomes into business insight Why Apply?
