Description Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. Provide strategic guidance to the audit team to achieve operational excellence. Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Identify and address potential risks and areas for improvement within audit processes. Support business development activities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Profile A successful Audit Director should have: A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
