We’re recruiting IMI Level 2 qualified mechanics at Edinburgh Workshop on a Permanent contract, with the potential to earn up to £43k including overtime.

Location: Edinburgh Workshop
Working Hours: Full time - 39.5 hours per week. Working 5 over 7 days (week 1: 06:00 - 14:30, week 2: 10:00 - 18:30, week 3: 13:30 - 22:00). Weekend working will be required on a rotational basis, one Saturday and one Sunday every 3 weeks. They can be split and worked separate weekends or back to back with a weekday off.

About the Role
With a fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, including electric and traditional fuel vehicles, you’ll perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment. You’ll use your toolkit and have access to specialist tools in our modern workshops.
About You
* Fully qualified mechanic (IMI Level 2 or equivalent) with your own toolkit.
* Experience working on diverse vehicles, e.g., LCV/HGV.
* Valid UK manual driving license; HGV/FLT license is advantageous.
* High standards of workmanship and pride in your work.
* Flexible to work on a shift rota and support team needs.
