What does a day to day look like as a Senior Sales Manager at Zuto?
· Deliver sales results within set timescales
· Keeping track of KPI's and data for multiple sales team within the Contact Centre
· Being part of the Senior Management team and being apart of the journey
· Attending meetings with key stakeholders across the business
Requirements of a Senior Sales Manager at Zuto:
·Track record in managing teams to achieve KPI's and delivering high quality team performance
· Has individual high standards and expects the same from the people they work with
· Commercially focussed, balanced with high levels of emotional intelligence
· Experience of monitoring and managing individual's and team performance
· Experience and awareness of how to motivate colleagues and drive performance
