This is a leadership opportunity within a modern internal audit function, focused on providing risk and control assurance across a wide range of technology-enabled initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of audit reviews across technology-related areas. Support planning and scoping activity, ensuring clear objectives and expectations. Provide guidance and feedback to colleagues involved in delivery. Review outputs, identify key observations, and support communication of results. Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders. Contribute to team development and improvement initiatives. What You'll Need Strong background in audit, assurance, or risk-based roles with a focus on technology or change. Experience leading or coordinating reviews, ideally across multiple workstreams. Ability to manage priorities and provide direction in a structured way. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Previous line management, mentoring or coaching experience is desirable.
