KeyResponsibilities:-
ToprovidesupporttoAccountManagerinmaintaininganddevelopingexistingclientrelationshipsthroughproactivemanagement
Toactasthemaindaytodaypointofcontactforallclients;toproduceclientdocumentationwithindefinedtime-scales
Producenewvehicleorders
Progressordersadvisingclientsofanychange
Generateandissuenewvehiclecontractsandmonitorreturn
Arrangenewvehicledeliveries/vehiclecollections
Arrangevehiclere-allocationswhererequired
Tohandleandsolveallclientanddriverqueriesinapromptandprofessionalmanner,
seekingguidancefromtheAccountManagerand/orotherdepartmentswherenecessary
Tomanageand/orgeneratemonthlycustomerinvoicingandrecharges
Togenerateandauthoriseexternalsupplierorders
Toproduceregularand'ad-hocclientreportswithindefinedtime-scales
Toprovideadviceonreschedulingandearlytermination,seekingguidancefromAccountManager,wherenecessary
Tomaintainaprofessionalattitude,buildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithinternalandexternalcustomer
Toactinamannerwhichisefficient,orderlyandtimelyensuringtasksareachievedwithinthesettime-scales
