Role Responsibilities
As a Family Support Worker, you will collaborate with Social Workers and multi-agency partners to support children, young people, and their families or carers. You will help identify needs, support care navigation, maintain family connections, and assist with assessments.
You should have a strong understanding of the challenges facing children and families, a proven record of partnership and direct work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support families in crisis. Training on the Signs of Safety model will be provided.
