Private Client Lawyer 2 years PQE, Woolton, Liverpool Salary circa £40K Excellent Benefits Package including hybrid working options We have an exciting opportunity to join the highly regarded Private Client team at an established and growing law firm with offices across Merseyside. This is a varied role in a busy team which offers excellent career progression. Role responsibilities; • Day to day management of Private Client caseload • Communicating with probate registry, courts, HMLR, HMRC, experts and agencies • Dealing with clients both in person and remotely where necessary • Dealing with administration of estates • Proactive in development of new work for the team and working with existing business contacts. Candidate Specifications • Have at least two years PQE experience of dealing with HNW Clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning and Services for the Elderly (essential) • Experience of property work (desirable) • Be able to drive and have access to a car (desirable) • Have good decision-making skills • Confident in dealing with people • Be flexible and able to accommodate client or team needs • Experience of Case Management Systems and Laserforms (essential) and Excel spreadsheets (essential) Please note we will endeavour to contact suitable candidates within 72 hours of your application.
