Overview
An exciting requirement for an experienced Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner at Partner Designate level to join our client as soon as possible either in their Suffolk office or based from anywhere else in the UK, with a view to becoming a full Partner ASAP.
Our client is a specialist firm based in Suffolk working on claims, delay, expert work and commercial support for buildings, infrastructure and more. They provide technical support to lawyers and have acted as Party Representative for construction clients on adjudication, arbitration and adjudication services.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess the impact of variations on construction programmes using Primavera P6.
* Employ MS Project and ASTA tools as required.
* Conduct critical path analysis and report writing on programme delays.
* Investigate causes of programme delays and develop actionable plans, pinch point analysis, and design, procurement and construction programmes.
* Work on live projects across building, civils, MEP, utilities and similar sectors.
* Engage in business development, networking and potentially bring in new clients.
Required Qualifications
* Experience as a delay analyst or forensic planner in the construction industry.
* Proficiency with Primavera P6; experience with MS Project and ASTA is advantageous.
* Strong critical path analysis, report writing and attention to detail.
* Previous experience of delay reporting and all‑round construction technology knowledge.
* Degree qualified with excellent written and spoken English.
* Background with main contractors or claims/dispute consultancy firms preferred.
* Outgoing personality with business networking skills.

Compensation
Initial salary around £120,000 per annum plus bonus upon becoming a full Partner. Salary and bonus structure can be discussed further.
