Whilst DJ Assembly is based in York, This is an offsite role based around the M4 (Reading, Swindon, Slough, Maidenhead etc)
The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in B2B sales and business development, along with a minimum of three years of experience in the electronics industry or a related field. They should demonstrate a passion for innovation and a strong interest in staying updated on industry trends and advancements, with the capability to effectively sell ideas, products, and services.
Generating new business opportunities through researching and identifying potential
Onboard new customers and ensure all relevant details are entered into the CRM system
Ensuring the CRM is kept fully updated with quotations, key sales activity, meetings and
Foster and develop relationships with customers, clients etc to generate repeat business
these effectively to win new business
Obtain technical training to enhance product knowledge for customer support
Maintain performance through achieving targets set by the Commercial Director
Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and goals
With the support of the sales management team, negotiate intelligent pricing and
Prioritising diary appointments (expectation 80% field based, 20% home/office based) to focus on the executions of the key targets
