The role
* Support and manage projects from initiation to completion.
* Provide technical expertise to project teams.
* Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Review project deliverables to maintain the highest standards.
* Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best
* practices.
* Contribute to innovative engineering solutions and sustainable practices.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
* Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored solutions.

What you need to succeed
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven record of successful project contributions.
* Working towards or holding Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognised institution (e.g., ICE) is desirable.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced structural analysis tools.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
