What is the role of a Business Operations Manager? The Business Operations Manager holds a critical role in driving organizational change and evolution to achieve strategic priorities and objectives. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and implementing transformational initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Responsible for developing and executing project plans, ensuring alignment with the company's values, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key focus on ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations and revenue operations strategies. This position is responsible for managing the details of business processes, developing global procedures, and reports on performance through metrics and KPIs. Additionally, this role is expected to recommend ways to strengthen business processes with the goal of creating a global high-performing teams. What to expect? Market: Develop and maintain a global TAM/SAM for all products and product lines Ad hoc reporting, data enrichment, data mining, and cross-functional engagements Skills You’ll Need Proven experience program management, change management, or process improvement Strong project management skills, including the ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
