🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and delivering strategic Marketing & BD plans for core sectors
* Collaborating closely with Partners and fee‑earners to shape strategy
* Running BD meetings and reporting on progress, insights, and opportunities
* Managing events, campaigns, pitches, and on‑brand marketing assets
* Supporting awards, directory submissions, credentials, and thought leadership
* Conducting client, competitor, and market research
* Identifying cross‑selling opportunities and supporting client development
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high‑performing BD & Marketing team
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ Marketing & BD experience in professional services (legal experience ideal)
* Confident stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership interaction
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management capability
* Proactive, flexible, solutions‑focused mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
