The Role:
As a Bank Nurse, you will be a vital member of the team within our client's care homes, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will step into various settings, bringing your skills and compassion to ensure the continuity of excellent care for residents. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high standard of nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Administer medications safely and accurately, in accordance with NMC guidelines and home policies.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, contribute to care plans, and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
Monitor residents' conditions, recognise changes, and escalate concerns appropriately.
Supervise and support Care Assistants, providing clinical guidance and leadership during your shifts.
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including GPs, families, and home managers.
Uphold the highest standards of dignity, respect, and safety for all residents.
Adhere strictly to all CQC fundamental standards and client policies.
What We Require:
A valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN).
Proven experience in a clinical care setting, ideally within adult social care or a similar environment.
A compassionate, resilient, and professional demeanour.
Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
