While it goes without saying that you can handle a busy section, have an eye for detail, and a stickler for hygiene, you will also be a great chef who can ensure high levels of quality and food control are always maintained. You will be a team player with effective communication skills and the ability to build good relationships in the kitchen and front of house.
You need to be an experienced chef with a minimum of 2-3 years' kitchen experience in New Zealand or hold a relevant Level 4 or 5 cooking qualification with at least one year of post-qualification experience.
With a well-experienced and skilled Head Chef team leading our kitchen operations, you will be well supported throughout your role.
