Role Overview: As a Caseworker - Admin, you will play a vital administrative role in supporting frontline services that assist vulnerable individuals impacted by domestic violence. Your work will involve managing sensitive documentation, maintaining accurate records, liaising with partner agencies, and providing essential administrative support to frontline caseworkers and service users. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to casework and support teams. Ensure accurate record-keeping, data entry, and file management. Schedule and coordinate multi-agency meetings and appointments. Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection standards. Assist with monitoring service outcomes and preparing reports.
