Responsibilities
* To assist customers with all telephone and email enquiries, providing quotations, machine specifications and technical information as required
* Converting hire enquiries into successful hires by delivering best-in-class service
* Assisting the Speedy Hire sales team with enquiries and facilitating their customers’ demands
* Co-ordinating transport requirements, scheduling deliveries, collections, and demonstrations
* Keeping the Speedy Hire Sales team involved with updates, opportunities and potential issues
* Off hiring machines with correct communication provided to the customer
* Answering queries verbally or via email in a professional and timely manner
* Networking with the Speedy Hire sales team to find enquiries and ensure Kärcher Hire is front of mind
* Taking ownership of the customer journey, ensuring high standards of service are met
Qualifications
* 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent, including Maths and English
* Strong organisational and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Customer-focused approach with a passion for building relationships
* Confidence in handling multiple tasks and working under pressure to meet deadlines
* IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
