Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager you will assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day responsibilities, oversee employees, model effective leadership, deliver excellent customer service and act as Manager in their absence. You will develop skills to progress to a Store Manager role.

* Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally in a managerial role within a fast‑paced environment
* A strong track record of leading, motivating and developing high‑performing teams
