What Youll Be Doing
* Supporting daily routines from morning support to bedtime.
* Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing.
* Contributing to tailored support plans.
* Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference.
* Keeping accurate support notes; every detail matters.
What Youll Need
* Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
* Previous experience in a care/support setting.
* A valid manual UK driving licence.
* The legal right to live and work in the UK.
Who Youll Be Supporting
Heather House Specialist Support: sixteen young adults living with complex neurological, learning, and physical disabilities, including Juvenile Batten disease and Rett syndrome. They lead joyful lives in a warm and supportive environment with activities such as music therapy, hydrotherapy, festive celebrations, and community outings. Youll be making a real impact with people who have:
* Physical and learning disabilities

* Life-limiting neurodegenerative conditions
