Salary: £28,000 + company benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday (40 hours, office-based)

The Role
I am looking for a confident and organised Contract Support professional to join a team on a key business-critical contract in Taunton. You’ll be the primary front of house contact for all client and internal queries, managing the helpdesk, supporting contract delivery, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll do:
* Manage the helpdesk, handle client requests, and keep work orders and records up to date.
* Support contract administration, reporting, SLAs/KPIs, and monthly review processes.
* Coordinate subcontractor visits and ensure compliance with service standards.
* Assist with finance tasks including POs, invoices, billing, and budget tracking.
* Provide operational and people support, maintaining documents, rotas, and positive team communication.
What You Need:
* Experience in a fast paced operational or facilities support role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* Experience using CAFM systems
* Background in FM, property, building services or contract administration
