We are currently seeking a part-timeTemporary Site Administratorto join our construction project team inBarnsleyfor an18-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide key administrative support in a fast-paced site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out general administrative duties on-site
* Assisting with document control processes (experience desirable but not essential)
* Managing and organizing project documents and records
* Liaising with internal teams to support smooth project operations
* Maintaining effective filing systems, both physical and digital
* Supporting the project team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience (experience in a construction environment is preferred but not essential)
* Knowledge or experience of document control is desirable
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Positive and proactive attitude
