This is an exceptional leadership opportunity to be the Chief Executive Officer of your store, responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop the Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
* Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events and exceptional customer relationship management.
* Provide leadership to drive a high performing team and ensure outstanding customer experience.
* Implement business planning, events, and front-line marketing to progress store performance and customer engagement.

* Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Quality customer service skills and the ability to win people over.
* Results oriented with a high drive to meet objectives and standards.
* Proactive self-starter with a flair for business planning and coaching others to reach their potential.
* Understanding of customer needs, diplomacy in difficult situations, and the ability to hold others accountable.
* Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team; strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Retail sales experience and team leadership; experience in strategic planning and execution.
* Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources; working knowledge of computerised systems including email and Microsoft Excel.
