Ecommerce Manager – Amazon UK/PAN EU

We’re looking for someone with experience on Amazon Vendor and a proven track record of scaling performance in competitive markets. The role reports to the Sales Director, with a dotted line to the Managing Director.
The Role:
* Take full ownership of Amazon UK and PAN EU sales, you’re the driver of commercial success
* Set the strategy and lead the delivery of top-line sales and bottom-line profitability targets
* Lead and participate in weekly/monthly performance reviews and ad-hoc meetings to track strategy, KPIs, and initiatives
* Manage and nurture the relationship with Amazon, ensuring both sides are fully engaged and focused on results
* Collaborate with brand, operations, finance, performance marketing and other teams to optimize day-to-day operations and execute strategic projects
* Own commercial forecasts through internal planning systems, ensuring accuracy and insight
