This is an opportunity to lead lateral recruitment for the London office of a leading US-headquartered law firm. What you’ll be doing
* Leading the end-to-end recruitment strategy for fee-earner and partner roles in London.
* Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across the firm.
* Owning relationships with trusted recruitment agencies and external partners.
* Overseeing recruitment campaigns from initial briefing through to onboarding.
* Supporting senior and strategic hires, advising on market trends and best practice.
* Working collaboratively with HR colleagues to ensure an outstanding candidate and new-joiner experience.
