About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run business based in Leechmere, for a Warehouse Operator with a valid FLT Counterbalance license. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a great working environment and long-term stability for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* General warehouse duties including goods in/out, stock movement, and order picking/packing
* Loading and unloading vehicles using FLT Counterbalance
* Transporting pallets between Leechmere and Seaham sites using the company mini van
* Assisting in packing / production operations when required
* Ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness is maintained at all times
Essential Requirements:
* Valid FLT Counterbalance license
* Full UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points
* Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
* Comfortable working in a physically active role
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
