The successful Science ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and receive strong guidance during their induction year. School Information This 11–18 mixed school has approximately 1,200 students and consistently performs above national averages, with 92% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Science department is well-equipped with modern laboratories and offers engaging practical experiences to enhance learning. The school provides ECTs with structured support, including regular feedback, mentoring and tailored CPD sessions.
