Restructuring Advisory Manager We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Advisory Manager.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Restructuring Advisory team. You will develop a breadth of skills and experience across advisory and formal insolvency assignments. We operate a national advisory practice, so the successful candidate may need to travel across the UK. The role involves attending marketing events and working with Partners and Directors to support their marketing and business objectives. The position offers growth and career development with a clear progression path.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete assignments following the Firm’s standard Advisory procedures and statutory obligations, including client and billing arrangements.
2. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute insolvency assignments, managing cases as required, in accordance with procedures and legal obligations.
3. Understand client challenges and develop solutions with Partners/Directors and team members.
4. Implement solutions through insolvency procedures, focusing on Administrations, CVAs, and Fixed Charge Receiverships.
5. Contribute to team development through networking and technical skills.
Candidate Profile:
We seek someone who thrives on variety, enjoys learning, and connecting with people. The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience building and managing stakeholder relationships.
2. Be ACCA / ACA (or equivalent) qualified with relevant experience in advisory and insolvency roles.
3. Possess experience in financial information preparation or analysis.
4. Have experience in Restructuring Advisory or similar roles.
5. Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and commercial skills.
6. Have excellent communication skills.
7. Be committed to high-quality delivery within deadlines.
8. JIEB qualification is advantageous.
